Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), Marketing Division, is engaging Graduate Apprentice Trainees in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation streams across all India locations for the year 2026-27. 🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in one of the following disciplines:

• Civil Engineering

• Mechanical Engineering

• Electrical Engineering

• Instrumentation Engineering

Candidates should also be registered on the NATS 2.0 Apprenticeship Portal before applying.

🎯 Age Limit

• Minimum: 18 Years

• Maximum: 25 Years

Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD candidates as per Government of India rules.

HPCL Apprentice State-Wise Training Slots

HPCL has notified the following tentative training slots for Graduate Apprentices, state-wise. Reservation policy will be applied as per the percentage applicable to each respective state.

How to Apply Online for HPCL Apprentice  Recruitment 2026

1. Register on the Apprentice Application portal at jobs.hpcl.co.in/Recruit_New/recruitlogin.jsp using the "Sign up for New Registration" option.

2. Login credentials will be sent to the registered email ID by the HPCL Apprentice Team.

3. Sign in using the received email ID and password.

4. Select the Engineering Branch from the dropdown as per the branches mentioned in the advertisement.

5. Fill in Personal Details and click "Validate your details."

6. Click "Save & Next" to proceed to Contact Details, including correspondence and permanent address.

7. Select State of Training (only one preference can be selected).

8. Validate details and proceed to Qualification Details.

9. Upload a recent passport-sized photograph and signature.

10. Recheck all details under "Preview" and edit if required.

11. Read the declaration carefully, check the declaration boxes, and click "Final Submit."

12. A confirmation email with the HPCL Application Number will be sent after submission.
