NABFINS Customer Service Officer Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of a NABFINS Customer Service Officer include:

• Sourcing of clients.

• Primary verification of client credentials.

• Conducting Compulsory Group Training.

• Data entry in CRIF.

• Data entry in CMS.

• Accompanying the Branch Manager for Group Recognition Test.

• Accompanying CSE during pre-disbursement activities.

• Ensuring disbursement.

• Generating demand.

• Following up for recovery and undertaking collections.

• Remitting collections in the bank or banks.

• Reporting demand and collection details to ABM/BM.

• Maintaining and filing documents.

Candidates should have:
