After mock tests, aspirants ask two questions: “Am I above the expected cut-off?” and “What will my score become after normalization?” This tool answers both — compare your raw score to a reference cut-off, or estimate normalized marks using shift and overall averages from official analyses.
Score vs cut-off mode
Enter your mock or actual score and a reference cut-off from previous year results or our cut-off archive. The buffer shows how many marks you are above or below — useful for setting targets in the last weeks of preparation.
- Use General category cut-off first, then your reservation category
- Add a 5–10 mark safety buffer for real exam difficulty swings
Normalization estimate mode
Multi-shift exams like SSC CGL Tier-1 and RRB NTPC normalize scores so no shift is unfairly advantaged. Commissions publish statistical details after the exam. This tool uses a simplified ratio formula for rough planning only.
