GSRTC Conductor Recruitment 2026: The Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (GSRTC)

Mandatory Licenses & Certificates Conductor License:

• You must possess a valid Conductor License and Badge issued by the Regional Transport Office (RTO) at the time of applying

• First Aid Certificate: A valid First Aid certificate is essential.

• Computer Proficiency: Basic computer knowledge is required. You must have a certificate/diploma, or have studied computer applications as a subject in Class 10th or 12th.
  GSRTC Conductor Salary and Perks

• Selected candidates will be onboarded on a Fixed Pay (Contractual) basis for the first 5 years.  Fixed Salary : 26000

 Post-Probation: Upon completion of the 5-year tenure, individuals are integrated into the full-scale regular pay matrix, qualifying for standard Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and medical allowances.

The Selection Process Breakdown
The selection pipeline is clean, fair, and objective. It consists of two major milestones:

• OMR-Based Written Test (100 Marks): An objective-type, multiple-choice examination evaluating technical and general knowledge.

• Document Verification (DV): Strictly verifying your Class 12 certificates, RTO Conductor badge, Computer certificates, and identity proofs.
