🎓 Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the prescribed qualification in the relevant discipline:

Engineering Disciplines

• Full-time B.E./B.Tech in the relevant branch with the required minimum marks.

Finance

• CA/CMA or MBA (Finance) / equivalent qualification as prescribed.

Marketing

• Full-time Engineering/Graduate degree with MBA/PGDM (Marketing).

Rajbhasha

• Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject at Graduation level (or equivalent qualification).

🎂 Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 27 Years (for Management Trainee posts)

• Age relaxation is applicable as per Government of India rules:

  • SC/ST – 5 Years

💵 Salary

During Training

• Stipend: ₹30,000 per month

After Successful Completion of Training

• Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000 (E-1 Grade)
