A combined total of 259 Kanisth Sahayak posts are on offer, with 230 posts in Civil Courts and 29 posts in Family Courts across the 13 districts of Uttarakhand.
A combined total of 139 Stenographer Grade-1/Personal Assistant posts are available, comprising 128 posts in Civil Courts and 11 posts in Family Courts.
Eligibility requirements differ slightly for the two posts, mainly in typing and shorthand speed criteria. Both posts require a graduation degree along with computer and language proficiency.
Graduate degree from a university established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
Good knowledge of Hindi typing with a minimum speed of 25 words per minute on computer. Preference will be given to candidates who can also type in English at a minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer.
Adequate knowledge of computer operation.
Graduate degree from a university established by law in India, or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Government.
Good knowledge of Hindi and English languages.
Minimum 80 words per minute in Hindi shorthand and minimum 25 words per minute in Hindi typing on computer. Preference will be given to candidates with a minimum of 80 words per minute in English shorthand and a minimum of 35 words per minute in English typing on computer.
Good knowledge of computer operation.

Registration & Personal Details โ Register using a unique mobile number and email ID (each can be used only once) and fill in personal details.
Educational & Other Details โ Enter educational qualification, category, district preference, and other required information.
Upload Photo, Signature & Thumb Impression โ Upload the scanned photograph, signature, and left thumb impression as per the specified size.
Make Payment โ Pay the applicable examination fee online via credit/debit card, net banking, or UPI.
Print Application โ Download and print a copy of the final submitted application for personal record; it does not need to be submitted to the Commission at this stage.
