1. Photo and signature (upload stage)
- Photograph — Recent passport-size, plain background, face clearly visible. Match pixel and file-size limits in the PDF.
- Signature — Usually black ink on white paper; no capital-letter block signatures unless allowed.

Practical tip: take the photo in daylight facing a plain wall, crop tightly as per sample in the notification, and keep the original uncropped file in case you need a different size for another exam.
2. Identity and date-of-birth proof
- Photo ID: Aadhaar, PAN, voter ID, passport, or driving licence
- Date of birth: Class 10 certificate or birth certificate (as accepted by that exam)
- Ensure name spelling is identical across ID, form, and certificates
